What exactly does 'white-label' mean?
It means we are completely invisible. We build the website, but your publishing house’s name is the only one credited. Your authors will think you built it in-house. We never contact your clients.
Typically, the publisher or author secures the domain name. We can handle the hosting setup for a small annual fee or deploy the website to your preferred hosting provider. This can be discussed during the project kickoff.
We offer unlimited revisions on all projects. After we present the initial design, you can provide feedback and we’ll implement the changes. We continue this process until you’re completely satisfied with the website.
Once launched, the website is fully yours. For ongoing maintenance, security updates, and content changes, we offer optional monthly care plans. The Starter and Enterprise bundles include a level of ongoing support.
Bundles are a monthly subscription that gives you a set number of website credits at a discounted rate. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts.
