At underyourname.com, we aim to provide publishers and authors with high-quality website services.
Projects require a 50% upfront deposit before work begins.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion, prior to handover.
The 50% upfront payment is non-refundable once work has started.
If a project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund of the upfront payment may be issued.
Once design or development work has begun, refunds are not available due to the custom nature of the work.
Each package includes a set number of revisions (as outlined in the package details).
Additional revisions beyond the package may incur extra fees.
If a publisher/author cancels mid-project, the upfront payment will not be refunded.
If work is completed but the final 50% payment is not made, the website will not be delivered/handed over.
Publishers are responsible for purchasing and maintaining domains and hosting for their authors’ websites.
We do not provide refunds related to third-party hosting or domain purchases.
