We provide white-label author website design and development services to publishers. Publishers may offer these services under their own brand to their authors.
Publishers are responsible for purchasing and managing domain names and hosting for their authors’ websites.
Publishers are responsible for communication with their authors and managing payments between themselves and their authors.
Publishers agree not to misrepresent our services or deliverables.
A 50% upfront payment is required before work begins.
The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before website handover.
Publishers set their own prices for authors and keep the profit margin.
All custom website designs created are owned by the publisher/author upon final payment.
We reserve the right to showcase anonymized samples of our work (unless agreed otherwise in writing).
We are not responsible for lost profits, downtime, or indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific project.
We may refuse or terminate services if these terms are violated or in cases of abuse.
